CUTI CUTI MENGAIL DI JONG BATU.

ONE SUNDAY ADVENTURE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

 Turun di sini, belakang Istana Darul Hana.

 Terus ke rumah Hj Asgar (bapa kpd Hj Rasidi). Seorang pembuat perahu yang dikenali di Kampong Tamoi. Minum pagi dulu dan merunding untuk meminjam perahu untuk dipakai mengail.

 Yusuf eager to go for fishing. Food Supply left behind at the parking lot, so had to go back to get it. Rasidi started the motor.

From his house at Tamoi, is a 2 minutes journey to fishing spot, Jong Batu.

 Yusuf caught his first fish, ikan utik.

 The Stik & Rasidi were just looking at the nice scenery while waiting. 

 My first catch, ikan ketambak, decided to release it unfortunately the hook injured the fish & died.

 This is his second ikan utik.

 Then ikan tuka tuka (sting ray)

 Yusuf complained, too hot out in the open, so we moved near the mangrove for the cool shade.

 Yusuf got a bite.

We have quick stop at the Jetty of one of Brunei Historical place. The royal mausoleum called Makam di Luba, where the graveyard of 16th Sultan named Sultan Husin Kamaluddin Bin Sultan Mohamad Ali.

 Access by road via Kg.Bunut, Jalan Hj Halus.

Before going back home, Rasidi do net casting for several times and caught a lot of small fishes (ikan minyak2, kuasi, kemura, buntal, gulama & ketambak) and shrimps.

Hj Asgar (father) sent us back to the parking lot jetty and Hj Rasidi (son). 

We thanked them a lot for the adventure, experience and hospitality the gave during this day.
